In 2015, Liz Birnbaum turned her favorite party trick into a business. Fueled by her uncanny ability to entertain friends with surprising food history facts, Liz founded The Curated Feast, hosting artfully themed dinners that connected food with folklore, mythology, art, and history. A few years later, Liz shifted The Curated Feast’s vision to guide other brands along their story-finding journey, helping businesses of all sorts and sizes to pin-point and execute their best possible marketing strategies.
